ICAO Regional Safety Network Forum
This Forum is open to all aviation experts involved in overall safety aspects. It is meant to provide a mean to
a) increase the level of awareness by States, at both regulatory and operational levels, regarding the need to address the safety culture in civil aviation, with particular emphasis on just culture and implementation of the non-punitive environment;
b) address all aspects of safety management at the regional, sub-regional and national levels,
c) facilitate the implementation of the procedures associated with safety management systems and all related aspects, including just culture and reporting culture;
d) exchange usefull safety related information and share experience;
e) establish an ICAO European Region safety network;
f) facilitate a European integrated and system-wide approach to safety

ATMGE/SMSA Forum
ATMGE/SMSA TF has the followinf task list:
a)Make recommendations for and encourage, through its members, the establishment of an appropriate safety management system with the objective to minimise the ATS contribution to the risk of an aircraft accident as far as reasonably practicable;
b)Identify solutions to encourage the implementation of the safety management function within the air navigation service providers;
c)Develop associated required documents to support the safety management function;
d)Develop documents and procedures to respond to the requirements of safety achievement, safety assurance and safety promotion;
e)Identify/develop/propose acceptable means of compliance.

ATMGE/SORS Forum
ATMGE/SORS TF has the following task list:
a) make recommendations for and encourage, through its members, the establishment of an appropriate non-punitive (just-culture) environment for the reporting of safety occurrences;
b) identify solutions to encourage reporting by any person/organisation of ATM-safety related occurrences;
c) propose a mechanism to ensure the collection of occurrences and all data helping in the understanding of the occurrences with associated facts;
d) develop procedures to enable the assessment of the severity and risk of the occurrences, identification of the causes and the exchange of safety experience across States.

ATMGE/CTPC Task Force Forum
The CNS/ATM Transition Plan Coordination Task Force for the European Eastern States works within the terms of reference of the ATMGE on matters related to the development of a CNS/ATM transition plan for the Eastern Part of the ICAO EUR Region.
ATMGE/CTPC TF has the following task list:
a) coordinate the development of the national CNS/ATM transition plans for the States in the Eastern part of the ICAO EUR Region;
b) enabale the development, within the framework of the ATMGE task list, a CNS/ATM transition plan for the States in the Eastern part of the ICAO EUR Region;
c) contribute to the revision of the European CNS/ATM transition plan by proposing relevant amendments.
